Being a petite woman myself, I understand how frustrating it is to shop for clothes that fit perfectly. I'd like to make shopping at Absolutevy.com a more pleasant experience for you by offering complimentary standard alterations on selected merchandise.
- Skirts, Pants, Leggings: hems.
- Tops, Jackets: sleeves, at cuff only (not from shoulder).

*Items with Free Alterations Offer chosen are NOT returnable.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY


All items are shipped from my studio in Orange County, California within 24 - 48 hours of ordering. Items with Free Alterations Offer chosen are shipped within 3-5 business days of ordering.

(Sales tax will apply to all orders shipped to California.)

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, exchanges are not accepted at this time.


RETURN
- All returns must be postmarked within 15 days from the date your package is delivered.
- Accessories (Jewelry, Eyewear, Hats, Tights), Items with Free Alterations Offer chosen, and Final Sale items are NOT returnable.
- All returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to buyers and are subject to additional shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the reason for return is due to my faults (Return Codes #1,2,3.)
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the reason for return is due to my faults (Return Codes #1,2,3.) I am not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit while returning to me.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE or INCORRECT ITEMS (Return Codes #1,2,3)
Any damaged / defective / incorrect / missing items or lost / stolen packages must be reported within 3 days of delivery confirmation. Any issues with an order not reported within this time frame will not be resolved.
It is important that you CONTACT V before returning these items so that I can provide you with a return label. Otherwise, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

Once your package is received by me, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. You can check the status of your refund at MY ORDERS. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
